Tuttle Library Trustees Meeting

Present: Yvette Brinkley, Ron Haggett, Stephen Ullman, Margaret Warner
Public Present: William Bryk, Shelly Nelkens. Kim Proctor
Steve moved and Ron seconded adoption of the proposed agenda. Agreed unanimously.
Ron presented the monthly Treasurer’s Report. The window replacement
project is proceeding satisfactorily. The Library’s financial position is in line with the budgetary guidelines.
Kathy submitted the Library Director’s report through email to Margie.
The Library Trustees discussed co-operation with the Antrim 2020 Library expansion group.
Yvette moved and Ron seconded a motion to adjourn. Agreed unanimously.
